Abstract:
A cargo retainer device for a vehicle comprises a base having an abutting member to be mounted across a pair of guide members, an anchoring member provided to the base to retain a cargo, a shaft provided axially movably to the base, and a lock member supported by an end of the shaft , the lock member having a width smaller than the gap between the pair of guide members and a length greater than the gap between the pair of guide members. The cargo retainer device further comprises a lock lever supported at the other end of the shaft and capable of switching the lock member between a lock position where the lock member is drawn to the base and an unlock position where the lock member is spaced away from the base.
