An arrival schedule information extraction unit (44) of an import shipping cargo trace device (40) initially acquires, from a cargo detailed information database (10) and on the basis of cargo identification information input to a cargo identification information input unit (46), cargo detailed information matching the cargo identification information. Based on the acquired cargo detailed information, the extraction unit then acquires from a customs procedure information database (20) customs procedure information matching a cargo management number included in the cargo detailed information. Based on the acquired customs procedure information, the extraction unit then acquires from a ship operation information database (30) ship operation information matching ship identification information included in the customs procedure information. The extraction unit then extracs arrival schedule information from the thus acquired ship operation information. An arrival schedule information output unit (47) outputs the arrival schedule information extracted by the arrival schedule information extraction unit (44). Thus, a search for the arrival schedule information of a shipping cargo for a ship unloading port can be conducted with high accuracy.
