[23] Hereinafter, preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawing. The aspects and features of the present invention and methods for achieving the aspects and features will be apparent by referring to the embodiments to be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings. However, the present invention is not limited to the embodiments disclosed hereinafter, but can be implemented in diverse forms. The matters defined in the description, such as the detailed construction and elements, are nothing but specific details provided to assist those of ordinary skill in the art in a comprehensive understanding of the invention, and the present invention is only defined within the scope of the appended claims. In the entire description of the present invention, the same drawing reference numerals are used for the same elements across various figures.

[24] Referring to FIG. 1, a caring channel hanger 10 includes a hanger rod connection part 110 and a channel connection part 120. The hanger rod connection part 110 includes an upper inclined part 111 formed by inclinedly bending an upper end of a

plate 11 and a lower inclined part 112 formed by cutting the plate 11 at an inclination angle opposite to the upper inclined part 111.

[25] In addition, the channel connection part 120 includes an upper hanger part 121 formed by cutting the plate 11 downwardly from the lower inclined part 112 and bending horizontally to the plate 11 and a lower hanger part 122 formed by bending a lower end of the plate 11 in parallel with the upper hanger part 121.

[26] The upper and lower inclined parts 111 and 112 of the hanger rod connection part

110 respectively include upper and lower through holes 113 and 114 in a vertical direction. Bent parts 123 and 124 are respectively formed at end parts of the upper and lower hanger parts 121 and 122 of the channel connection part 120. In addition, it is desirable that the upper and lower through holes 113 and 114 are formed to be perpendicular to each other. This is the reason that a hanger rod (not shown) is connected to the upper and lower through holes 113 and 114.

[27] For example, even though as not shown in drawings, the hanger rod fixed on a ceiling is insertion-fixed to the upper and lower through holes 113 and 114 by the hanger rod connection part 110. The upper and lower inclined parts elastically support the circumference of the hanger rod. In addition, a caring channel is inserted and elastically supported by the upper and lower hanger parts of the channel connection part 120. In other words, a user can fix the caring channel to the hanger rod by simple operation.

[28] Referring to FIG. 2, the caring channel hanger 10 further includes a rib 113a formed by bending a lower end of an inner circumference surface of the upper through hole 113 to be projected in one direction. The rib 113a is formed at lower ends of the inner circumference surfaces of the upper and lower through holes 113 and 114. Accordingly, when the rib of the upper through hole 113 supports one side of the hanger rod, the rib of the lower through hole 114 supports a side opposite to the rib of the upper through hole 113, and thus respective ribs support facing positions of the hanger rod, thereby preventing sliding separation of the caring channel hanger from the hanger rod. In addition, an outwardly projected rib 113b is further formed at a lower end of the rib 113a for preventing the upper through hole 113 from being bent by the hanger rod inserted into the upper through hole 113. In other words, the rib 113a strengthens the rib 113b.

[29] Referring to FIG. 3, the upper and lower ends of the inner circumference surface of the upper and lower through holes 113 and 114 have an inclination angle θ inclined in a direction of a thread. The circumference of the hanger rod is provided with a thread. Thus, the upper and lower through holes 113 and 114 can be combined to the thread, thereby enhancing binding force with the hanger rod. In other words, inclined sides of the upper and lower through holes 113 and 114 are combined with the side of the

thread of the hanger rod in the same inclination angle as the thread, thereby enhancing the binding force. It is desirable that the upper and lower through holes 113 and 114 have angular type inner circumference surfaces, not circumferential type.

[30] Referring to FIG. 4 or 5, the channel connection part 120 further includes a pressing part 126 formed by cutting the bent part 124 of the upper hanger part 122. This is the reason that a lower side of the caring channel inserted into the upper hanger part 122 is inserted into the bent part 124, and then the pressing part 126 is closely contacted to the caring channel by pressing the pressing part 126, thereby preventing separation of the caring channel.

[31] Referring to FIG. 6, the channel connection part 120 further includes a hook 122a extended downwardly from an end part of the bent part 123 of the upper hanger part 121 and a holding part 125a extended upwardly from an end part of the bent part 124 of the lower hanger part 122 so as to fit an end part of the hook 122a to an end of the holding part 125a. Thus, binding force can be enhanced by the hook 122a and the holding part 125a while the caring channel (C) inserted into the channel connection part 120 is inserted into the upper and lower hanger parts 121 and 122. In other words, when the hook 122a is connected to the holding part 125a, then the bent parts 123 and 124 press and support the end of the caring channel (C), thereby enhancing binding force.

[32] Referring to FIG. 7 or 8, an inclined part 128 inclined to the plate 11 is further provided at the side of the lower hanger part 122 in the plate 11 between the upper and lower hanger parts 121 and 122 is inclined to the plate. In other words, the lower hanger part 122 is located at the rear of the upper hanger part 121 and then the inclined part 128 is pressed forward (in a direction of arrow) in a state that an upper side of the caring channel (C) is combined with the upper hanger part 121 and thus a lower side of the caring channel (C) can be combined with the lower hanger part 122. Thus, the caring channel (C) can be fixed more simply. In addition, binding force can be enhanced by pulling the caring channel (C) backward by using elastic force formed in the inclined part 128.

[33] A T-bar according to one exemplary embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to accompanying drawings below.

[34] Referring to FIG. 9, a T-bar hanger 20 includes a hanger rod connection part 210 and a T-bar hanger part 220. The hanger rod connection part 210 includes an upper inclined part 211 formed by inclinedly bending an upper part of a plate 21 and provided with an upper through hole 213, and a lower inclined part 212 formed by cutting the plate 21 at an inclination angle opposite to the upper inclined part 211 and provided with a lower through hole 214. The T-bar hanger part 220 includes right and left faceplate hangers 221 and 222 extended downwardly from the hanger rod

connection part 210 and surrounding a T-bar. In addition, the T-bar hanger part 220 includes side surface pressing parts inclinedly formed at positions where the right and left faceplate hangers 221 and 222 face to each other. Insertion inclined parts 225 and 226 are respectively formed below the side pressing part, thereby allowing the T-bar to be easily inserted. In addition, the insertion inclined parts 225 and 226 simultaneously perform insertion of a vertical plate of the inserted T-bar. The upper and lower through holes 213 and 214 are formed to be perpendicularly to each other.

[35] For example, the hanger rod connection part 210 fixes the upper and lower inclined parts 211 and 212 are inclined, and thus have elastic force. Accordingly, the upper and lower inclined parts 211 and 212 are inserted into the hanger rod through expansion and contraction motions in a direction of facing to each other by using the elastic force. Thus, the upper and lower through holes 213 and 214 are closely contacted to the hanger rod by the elastic force of the upper and lower inclined parts 211 and 212, thereby preventing the hanger rod connection part 210 from being separation. In addition, the T-bar is inserted between the side surface pressing parts 223 and 224 and insertion inclined parts 225 and 226 formed in the right and left faceplate hanger parts 221 and 222, and fixed by the T-bar hanger part 220.

[36] Referring to FIG. 10, a hanger rod connection part 210 is the same as that of FIG.

9, therefore the explanation will be omitted. A T-bar connection part 230 includes left and right faceplate hangers 231 and 232 formed to face to each other and to be perpendicularly to the hanger rod connection part 210, and holding parts 223 and 224 curvedly formed to face to each other at ends of the left and right faceplate hangers 231 and 232. The T-bar 1 is inserted between the left and right faceplate hangers 231 and 232 and elastically supported by the left and right faceplate hangers 231 and 232. Then, the holding parts 223 and 224 support a lower end of a connection part 2 of the T-bar 1. In addition, the T-bar connection part 230 further includes a pressing part 235 for pressing an upper end of the connection part 2 of the inserted T-bar 1 at an upper side of the left and right faceplate hangers 231 and 232, thereby preventing separation of the T-bar 1 efficiently. Then, the ceiling is finished by seating ceiling finish materials to the T-bar.

[37] In addition, referring to FIG. 11, left and right faceplate hangers 253 and 254 of the

T-bar connection part are formed to be bent and inclined at a predetermined angle on the right and left. This structure is used when a connection part 2" of the T-bar is formed in a type of a flat plate. When both ends of the connection part 2" are inserted into end parts of the left and right faceplate hangers 253 and 254, both ends of the connection part 2" are pressed and fixed by elastic force of the left and right faceplate hangers 253 and 254, thereby preventing separation of the T-bar. In addition, the separation of the T-bar can be efficiently prevented by holding an upper side of the

connection part 2" of the T-bar by the pressing part 255.

[38] The types of the left and right faceplate hangers 253 and 254 may be variously modified according to a type of the connection part 2"of the T-bar. Industrial Applicability

[39] The present invention relates to the caring channel hanger for finishing a ceiling and the T-bar hanger that can save working time and cost by simplifying various kinds of components used for finishing lightweight steel-frame ceilings so as to simplify installation process.
