Abstract:

A carrier aggregation method, apparatus and system, and a computer storage medium are provided. The carrier aggregation method comprises: a primary base station sends a carrier aggregation adding request message to a secondary base station; and the primary base station receives a response message to the carrier aggregation adding request from the secondary base station, and sends user equipment (UE) corresponding radio resource configuration information of a secondary cell (SCell) as contained in the response message to the carrier aggregation adding request.
