Abstract:
A carrier structure of a filter device comprises a sponge filter body (1) permeable to gas flow. One or two sides of the sponge filter body (1) are provided with a plurality of kerf slots (2) having a depth less than a thickness of the sponge filter body (1) and dividing the sponge filter body (1) into a plurality of connected pieces (1a). The carrier structure is simple and improves a filtering effect of the filter device, and production efficiency thereof is high. A method of manufacturing a filter device comprises: A, providing kerf slots in the sponge filter body (1); B, immersing the sponge filter body (1) in an adsorbent (4); C, drying; D, disposing a partition member (3) in the kerf slot (2); and E, providing an outer frame. Alternatively, the method comprises: A, immersing the sponge filter body (1) in an adsorbent (4); B, drying; C, providing kerf slots in the sponge filter body (1); D, disposing a partition member (3) in the kerf slot (2); and E, providing an outer frame.
