Abstract:
A carrying apparatus for a cutting wire enabling an increase in productivity by increasing the number of use times of a guide roller and reducing a groove replacement time for the guide roller to reduce the stop time of the apparatus and also enabling the reduction of work load on a worker and the improvement of environment. The carrying apparatus comprises two wire bobbins winding up the cutting wire supplied to a wire saw and the guide roller having a plurality of wire grooves guiding the cutting wire running between these two wire bobbins. Since the carrying apparatus comprises a moving mechanism to move the guide roller in the direction of a rotating shaft (21), the wire groove around which the cutting wire is wound among the plurality of wire grooves can be changed with the guide roller installed on the apparatus.
