Abstract:
A carrying and deflection correction system for an elastic material, comprising: a working table (81); an image recognition device (84), the image recognition device (84) being used to photograph images of a base (82) and an upper member (83); a control unit (85), in communication connection with the image recognition device (84) for receiving image information collected by the image recognition device (84), and generating a control instruction on the basis of the image information; a moving robot (86), the moving robot (86) being in communication connection with the control unit (85) and receiving the control instruction sent by the control unit (85); a deflection correction device (87), the deflection correction device (87) being connected to the moving robot (86), the deflection correction device (87) being in communication connection with the control unit (85) and receiving the control instruction sent by the control unit (85), and the deflection correction device (87) being used to grab the upper member (83). The system performs a deflection correction operation by using an automation device, thereby achieving a high automation degree and accurate control. The present invention further relates to a method for using a carrying and deflection correction system for an elastic material.
