A carrying device enabling the easy attachment/detachment of a trough by one action and a combination metering apparatus having the carrying device. The carrying device (10) carrying articles placed on the trough (11) in a specified direction comprises the trough (11) and a reciprocating mechanism (20). The reciprocating mechanism (20) further comprises a motor box (12), a parallel link (13), and a link member (16). A first recessed part (15a) and a second recessed part (15b) are formed at one tip parts of the first link (13a) and the second link (13b) forming the parallel link (13) also functioning as a support member. Projected parts (11a) and (11b) projected from the trough (11) are supported by the first recessed part (15a) and the second recessed part (15b).
