Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to provide a carrying handle which allows a user to easily carry a box without drilling or installing a separate handle on the box, and which can be used safely and conveniently by the user so as to prevent musculoskeletal diseases. In order to address the above shortcomings, an embodiment of the present invention provides a handle for carrying an article, characterized by comprising: a seating part on which the article is seated on the upper surface thereof; a support part disposed above one end of the seating part and provided with one side so as to support a side surface of the article; a gripping part formed on one side of the seating part or the support part; and a fixing part interlocked with the gripping part and having a fixing member for pressing the article, wherein in the fixing part, in a state in which a force is upwardly applied to the gripping part, the fixing member protrudes upward from the seating part to pressurize the article, and in a state in which a force is removed from the gripping part, the fixing member does not protrude upward from the seating part.
