Disclosed is a cartilage repair instrument, comprising a light-impermeable main body (2) with a hollow chamber inside. The main body (2) has a hollow chamber inside, two ends of the hollow chamber are respectively a first opening and a second opening of the main body (2), wherein a sealing cover (1) connected in a sealing manner to the first opening is provided at the first opening; a one-stage piston (4) having a cavity is provided in the hollow chamber in sealing and sliding cooperation with an inner surface; a two-stage piston (7) provided at the second opening has a cavity sealing part in sealing and sliding cooperation with a cavity; a groove is excavated in an outer side wall of the cavity sealing part; the two-stage piston (7) can slide in a sealing manner from a first position, where the cavity seals the groove, towards the first opening to a second position where the cavity does not seal the groove. The cartilage repair instrument partitions and mutually isolates, stores and mixes various constituent substances of photosensitive cartilage repair material in the same sealed environment, improving the safety of material and the convenience of use.
