Abstract:
A carton flap-folding machine comprises a frame (20) for bearing a carton (10), wherein a first flap-folding part (21), a second flap-folding part (22), a third flap-folding part (23), a fourth flap-folding part (24), a lifting mechanism (25) for lifting an article to be packed in the carton (10) and a pressing mechanism (26) for tightly pressing the top of the carton (10) are arranged on the frame (20). The first flap-folding part (21) and the second flap-folding part (22) are respectively arranged outside two inner flaps (11) at the bottom of the carton (10) for folding the inner flaps(11) of the carton (10), and the third flap-folding part(23) and the fourth flap-folding part(24) are respectively arranged outside two outer flaps(12) at the bottom of the carton (10) for folding the outer flaps (12) of the carton (10). The carton flap-folding machine takes advantage of mechanically automated process steps of the carton flap-folding machine to complete the flap-folding of the carton, so as to replace manual flap-folding operations, thereby enhancing efficiency significantly and solving difficult package problems.
