Abstract:
The cartridge 1 is provided with: a storage part 2 which has a gas inflow port for allowing a gas to flow in and a gas ejection port for ejecting the gas and which stores a volatile substance; a first check valve 3 connected to the gas inflow port of the storage part 2; and a second check valve 4 connected to the gas ejection port of the storage part. Each of the first check valve 3 and the second check valve 4 is configured to allow the gas to pass when the differential pressure (P1-P2) between the upstream-side pressure P1 on a side in which the gas flows in and the downstream-side pressure P2 on a side in which the gas flows out reaches or exceeds a predetermined value.
