A cartridge and an electronic cigarette. The cartridge comprises an e-liquid storage compartment (1); a partition (2) is provided in the e-liquid storage compartment (1); the partition (2) divides the interior of the e-liquid storage compartment (1) into at least two separate spaces (4); the partition (2) is provided with valves (3), and the two adjacent separate spaces (4) communicate with one another by means of the valves (3). A plurality of separate spaces (4) may be provided with different kinds of e-liquids or with the same type of e-liquid having different concentrations. The e-liquid storage compartment (1) is divided into two or more layers by means of the cartridge of the series-connected e-liquid storage compartment (1), one or more compartment-dividing partitions (2) are added to the middle of the e-liquid storage compartment (1), and then a control valve is added between each compartment. Once a lower layer of e-liquid is consumed, a power valve between an upper layer of e-liquid and the lower layer is started, so that the upper layer of e-liquid is lowered, and different e-liquids are stored in the same electronic cigarette smoking set and sequentially atomized.
