Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to provide a cartridge used with a hydrogen gas inhaler that is compact and capable of stably and efficiently generating hydrogen gas, a hydrogen gas inhaler that uses the cartridge, and a hydrogen-gas-generating mixture. A mixture constituted from powdered magnesium particles, powdered citric acid particles, and powdered cellulose is used as the hydrogen-gas-generating mixture. The cartridge has closed distal and rear ends. Within the cartridge, a hydrogen-gas-generating body constituted by cylindrical nonwoven fabric filled with a mixture of these materials, an aggregate of this mixture, or a cylindrical block molded from this mixture is housed in a cylindrical case, a distal end of the cylindrical case being packed with a humectant, and a rear end thereof being packed with a desiccant. The cartridge is inserted into a holder of the hydrogen gas inhaler for use.
