Abstract:
Provided is a cartridge for a water purifier whereby, even when the cartridge for a water purifier is elongated, any decline in flow rate can be minimized, and any decline in removal performance due to a reduction in the amount of filtration material can be minimized. The cartridge (1) for a water purifier is provided with a main container (13), a spacer (21), a water collecting pipe (23), and a first sheet (21d); a gap through which the fluid is able to pass and within which there is no filtration material is formed between the first sheet (21d) and the inner wall surface of the main container, and the spacer (21) splits the fluid into an inner layer flow (D) and an outer layer flow (E). The dimensions of the water collecting pipe (23) are determined so that when the minimum inner diameter is d and the axial length of the interior space is L, the value of L/d is 10 to 200.
