The present invention involves a cascade-type evaporative cooling heat pump modular unit, comprising an evaporative cooling heat exchanger, an air cooling heat exchanger, and a refrigerant movement assembly; once the evaporative cooling heat exchanger and the air cooling heat exchanger are connected in parallel, same are connected to the refrigerant movement assembly; the evaporative cooling heat exchanger comprises at least one heat exchange unit; the heat exchange unit is a plate-like structure having a continuous and uneven ridged shape; the heat exchange unit comprises a cooling outer pipe, a water distribution trough, and a cooling inner pipe; water distribution micro hole plates are provided at two sides of the water distribution trough; and the water distribution micro hole plates are connected to pipe walls the cooling outer pipe and a condensation pipe. The present invention utilizes a cascade-type evaporative cooling heat exchanger, has high eat exchange efficiency, saves water, and is convenient to service; said invention can perform cooling air conditioning, and can further perform heating air conditioning; and the invention has a small size and high stability, construction is simple, produces little noise, and lowers use costs.
