Abstract:
According to the present invention, a first transistor (Q1) and a second transistor (Q2) are cascode-connected. A high frequency passive element (LN1) includes: a signal wire (S1) connected between a drain or a collector of the first transistor (Q1) and a source or an emitter of the second transistor (Q2); a first reference wire (G1) which faces and is spaced apart from the signal wire (S1); a second reference wire (G2) which extends along the signal wire (S1), and faces and is spaced apart from the signal wire (S1) and the first reference wire (G1); and a switch (SW) which is connected between the first reference wire (G1) and the second reference wire (G2). The characteristic impedance of the high frequency passive element (LN1) is changed by turning on/off the switch (SW).
