Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to provide: a case body having improved design as a result of a locking section of a case member being provided so as to be invisible from the outside; and a louver device capable of dispersing and supporting the load of a wind direction plate and an arm. Specifically, the foregoing is achieved by a case body (42a) and a louver device (10) provided with the same, the case body being characterized by: being provided with a first case member (421) and a second case member (422); the first case member having a lock piece (426), which is a protruding section, formed on an inner surface (43a) thereof, and the second case member having formed therein a lock hole (427), which is a through hole to be engaged with the lock piece; the thickness of the lock piece of the first case member in a direction of fitting with the second case member being formed such that the tip end side is thinner than the base end side thereof; and the length of the lock piece from the base end to the tip end thereof being a length that penetrates the lock hole when the first case member and the second case member are fitted together.
