Abstract:
This case member machining jig device having an improved alignment fixing structure comprises: a jig base part which has rotary supports disposed on both sides thereof and forms a rotary space portion between the rotary supports; a rotary base part which has both ends assembled to the rotary supports, respectively, as rotary structures, and is disposed in the rotary space portion as a rotary structure; a drive motor part which provides torque to the rotary base part so that the rotary base part rotates in the rotary space portion to form a set angle; planar jig blocks fixed to an assembly surface of the rotary base part and having a planar support surface; and a plurality of compression clamp units which are disposed outside the planar jig block to compress an edge portion of a case member, of which the planarized coupling surface has been brought into close contact with the planar support surface, and thereby fix the coupling surface of the case member closely against the support surface.
