Abstract:

A case member with terminals is provided having excellent airtightness. In the case member (1) with terminals, external terminals (20) that are electrically connected to an external device are secured to a case member (10) that constitutes: a case body (1a) that accommodates an electronic component (100); or a case lid (1b) attached to the case body (1a). The case member (1) with terminals comprises a base material (11), the external terminals (20), a sealing member (30), and a terminal adhesive layer (40). The base material (11) is metal, and constitutes the case member (10). The external terminals (20) are inserted into through holes (12) formed in the base material (11). The sealing member (30) comprises a first resin material, and seals the gap (13) between the external terminals (20) and the base material (11) in the through holes (12). The external terminals (20) and the sealing member (30) are joined to each other via the terminal adhesive layer (40), which comprises a second resin material having higher adhesion to the external terminals (20) than the first resin material.
