Abstract:
The present invention is a case mold type capacitor wherein a plurality of metalized film capacitors connected in parallel are inserted in a case and affixed with a molding resin. The plurality of metalized film capacitors is divided into first and second blocks. The P electrodes of the blocks face each other, and the N electrodes face each other. Bus bars having terminal parts on one end for external connection are connected respectively to each of the P electrodes and N electrodes of the blocks. The bus bars connected to the P electrodes are connected to each other, and the bus bars connected to the N electrodes are connected to each other. Each of the bus bars has a part positioned on an opening part side of the case for the blocks. The bus bars connected to the P electrodes partially overlap each other, and the bus bars connected to the N electrodes partially overlap each other.
