Abstract:
A casing member for an in-vehicle camera that satisfies conditions (A) and (B), obtained by injection molding a resin composition having an elastomer content of 10 mass% or less that contains a total of 100-300 mass parts of fibrous and nonfibrous inorganic fillers per 100 mass parts of a polyarylene sulfide resin. (A) The absolute value of the (shrinkage rate in a direction perpendicular to the flow direction) - (shrinkage rate in the flow direction) is 0.5% or less when a molded article of a predetermined shape is injection molded under predetermined conditions using the resin composition. (B) The water absorption rate is 0.3% or less when a molded article of a predetermined shape injection molded under predetermined conditions using the resin composition is subjected to a predetermined hot water immersion test.
