Abstract:
The present invention relates to a casing rotator and, more particularly, to a casing rotator configured such that, even if the verticality of a casing and the verticality of the rotator itself are not aligned with each other, load on a bearing can be distributed, thereby protecting the bearing. The casing rotator according to the present invention comprises a lower frame means, a middle frame means, an upper frame means, a clamping cylinder, and a post means. The lower frame means comprises a lower frame, which has a through-hole formed therein such that a casing can be inserted therein; an outrigger installed on the lower frame such that the lower frame can be maintained horizontally, with regard to the ground, and supported; and a retainer unit installed on the lower frame such that the casing, which has been inserted into the through-hole, can be retained. The middle frame means comprises a middle frame, which is positioned on the upper portion of the lower frame, and which has a through-hole formed therein such that the casing can be inserted; a driving motor installed in the middle frame; a reduction gear unit for reducing the driving rate of the driving motor and transferring the same; a clamp body, which has a through-hole formed therein such that the casing can be inserted therein, and which is coupled to the reduction gear unit to be able to rotate by means of the reduction gear unit; and a driving bearing installed on the middle frame to be able to support the clamp body. The upper frame means comprises an upper frame, which is positioned on the upper portion of the middle frame, and which has a through-hole formed therein such that the casing can be inserted therein; a wedge clamp inserted into the clamp body so as to grasp the casing; and an upper bearing installed on the upper frame so as to support the wedge clamp. The clamping cylinder, in order move the upper frame up/down, has one end fixed to the upper frame and the other end fixed to the middle frame such that the same can protract/retract. The post means comprises: a guide post installed on the middle frame; a lower guide installed on the lower frame to be able to slide along the guide post; a crowd cylinder having one end fixed to the lower guide and the other end fixed to the guide post such that the same can protract/retract, thereby enabling the middle frame to move up/down; and an upper guide fixed to the upper frame such that, when the guide post moves up/down, the same is guided.
