Embodiments of the present invention provide a casing for a terminal, comprising: a casing body that snaps onto the back or periphery of the terminal; and an outer frame located outside the casing body. The lower end of the outer frame is provided with two first through holes respectively located at two sides thereof. The casing body is provided with two raised structures respectively corresponding to the two first through holes, and the center of each of the raised structures is provided with a second through hole at the center thereof. A rotary clip is fixedly connected to the outer frame, and the rotary clip and the casing body are respectively located on either side of the outer frame. The center of the rotary clip is provided with a third through hole, and the side of the rotary clip facing the outer frame is provided with a plurality of nubs. The raised structure has a toothed structure that meshes with the plurality of nubs, and passes through the first through hole to mesh with the rotary clip. A screw passes through the rotary clip, the outer frame, and the casing body to match with a nut so that the outer frame is connected to the casing body. The outer frame and the rotary clip can rotate relative to the casing body. During rotation, the plurality of nubs matches with the toothed structure to achieve a clamping function.
