The present invention relates to a cassette for an infusion pump for delivering liquid through a tube, and the like, and makes even a less flexible tube such as a vinyl chloride tube usable by delivering the liquid in the tube by light rotational driving force. A cassette for an infusion pump is provided with: a body member which has an internal space demarcated by an internal wall surface including an uneven surface (121) formed by alternately arranging, in a direction surrounding a center line (C), a plurality of ridge lines (121a) arranged at equal distances from the center line in the direction surrounding the center line and a plurality of recessed portions (121b) recessed in a direction further away from the center line than the ridge lines in order to receive, thereinto, a tube (20) for infusion that extends from the outside, dispose the tube along the uneven surface, and causes the tube to extend therefrom to the outside; and a liquid delivery structure which presses the tube received into the internal space against the ridge lines (121a) of the uneven surface to crush the tube radially in one direction from the center line (C), and delivers liquid in the tube by receiving rotational driving force from a motor and moving the position at which the tube is crushed from one ridge line to the next in the direction surrounding the center line.
