A cassette mechanism of flexible hinge capacitance transducer includes a main grid (3), an auxiliary grid (4), and a mechanical structure transferring the measuring quantity to the displacement between the main grid (3) and the auxiliary grid (4), the mechanical structure includes a stationary means and a moving means, the auxiliary grid (4) and the main grid (3) are fixed to the driven end of the moving means and the corresponding position of the stationary means respectively, the stationary means and the moving means are connected through a flexible hinge; the flexible hinge consists of at least two elastic sheets (7), one end of each of the elastic sheets(7) is connected to the stationary means, the other end is connected to the moving means; the plane of each of the elastic sheets (7) is perpendicular to the planes of the main and auxiliary grids (3,4).A flexible hinge lever capacitance angular displacement transducer, an adjustable digital display caliper, a lever gauge and a micrometer are equipped with the cassette mechanism of flexible hinge capacitance transducer.
