Abstract:

This reaction unit, which is used in a genetic testing device, is provided with a test tube unit which has multiple test tubes, or a test tube unit where multiple test tubes can be arranged, and a cassette stand where the test tube unit can be arranged; a ventilation opening is provided on the upper surface of the cassette stand, and by means of an exhaust fan installed in or connected to a lateral surface of the cassette stand, the internal space of the cassette stand is brought to a negative pressure, which generates a downward stream of air towards the ventilation hole from above the test tubes. In this way, the gene testing device can prevent cross-contamination between different samples, and can improve test accuracy.
