Abstract:
The present invention relates to a cast molding method using polyurethane, which is more environmentally friendly than existing PVC by using polyurethane resin, minimizes resin consumption, allows a polyurethane resin mixture to be used even after not being used for a long time, and can express even delicate parts of products such as a triple structure molding. According to the present invention, provided is the cast molding method using polyurethane, comprising: a preparation step of preparing polyurethane and a mold that are required for a casting work; a mold preheating step of preheating the mold at a predetermined temperature; a polyurethane application step of applying the polyurethane to the mold by using an automatic fixed-quantity feeder; a polyurethane curing step of thermally curing the polyurethane applied on the mold, by using a press; a heat-pressing step of putting a raw sheet on the cured polyurethane and thermally pressing the raw sheet and the polyurethane by using the press; a cold-pressing step of cold-pressing the raw sheet and polyurethane that are thermally pressed, by using the press; and a drying and aging step of separating the raw sheet and polyurethane that are cold-pressed, from the mold and drying and aging the pressed raw sheet and polyurethane, wherein the polyurethane is a two-component polyurethane in which polyurethane and a curing agent are mixed.
