Abstract:
The present invention relates to a casting apparatus for chilled cast iron which manufactures a large number of products using a shell mold block after a raw material is melted. Particularly, when molten metal is injected into the shell mold block, the molten metal is injected in a state where the shell mold block is tilted at a predetermined angle to mold products. Also, the shell mold block may be configured in multiple stages. A cooling metal shell mold including a plurality of circular cooling plates may be coupled to the lower end of each product shell mold to constitute the shell mold block. Thus, fluidity of the molten metal may be maximized through the tilted injection method, and also, the injected molten metal may be maximally cooled to produce a large number of products.
