Abstract:
The present invention relates to a cooking vessel for an induction range. The cooking vessel for an induction range is insert-molded with a high-pressure casting technique, and includes a vessel body (1) made of aluminum, which is nonmagnetic, and a magnetic plate (3) attached to the floor surface of the vessel body (1). The magnetic plate (3) includes a first round hole (5) punched in the center thereof, a plurality of second slit-shaped holes (7) radially punched about the first hole (5), and reinforcing projections (9) formed so as to project from a top surface (3a) around the peripheries of the first hole (5) and the second holes (7) and having uniform cross-sectional shapes in a lengthwise direction. The cross-sectional shapes of the reinforcing projections (9) include a sloped surface (11) that slopes away from the first hole (5) and the second holes (7) so as to form a curved surface, and vertical surfaces (13) opposite each other on the first hole (5) and the second holes (7).
