Abstract:
A casting billet of vacuum fine equiaxed grain structure has an ingot mould, wherein the ingot mould is a water cooled crystallizer which has an inner mould plate, a water cooled jacket and a cooling bottom plate. The inner mould plate is provided in the inner cavity of the water cooled jacket, the cooling bottom plate is provided at the bottom of the inner mould plate, a vacuum casing is provided around the water cooled crystallizer, and the water-cooled crystallizer is located within the vacuum casing. With respect to the casting ingot produced by the crystallizer, impurity in the cast ingot is reduced, homogeneous fine equiaxed grains in the cast ingot is increased, the overall performance of the cast ingot is significantly improved, quantity of the cast ingot is high, and the cast ingot may be applicable to a casting mould for cast steel, cast iron, high strength alloy material etc.
