Abstract:
A casting metal mold (1), comprising a drag (6) having four (at least one) gates (5), a cope (7) matched with the drag (6) to form a cavity, and side molds (2a) and (2b) matched with the drag (6) and the cope (7) to form the cavity and divided into parts (at least two parts), wherein the upper surfaces of weirs (4) allowing the cavity (formed space of formed body part (8a)) to communicate with the gates (5) are formed by the flat parts of the side molds (2a) and (2b) and the other surfaces are formed by the recessed part of the drag (6), and the weirs (4) are provided avoiding the mold split surfaces (3) of the side molds (2a) and (2b), whereby the casting metal mold (1) can be easily opened, and the gate systems of a specified quantity can be formed at specified positions.
