Abstract:
A casting method of the radial liquid discharging passage of the sugar cane extraction roll
shell includes: using casting-using foam to make sugar cane extraction roll
natural pattern; making a long pipe hole with the same size and shape of the radial
liquid discharging passage on the corresponding position on the natural pattern,
the section of the radial liquid discharging passage of the long pipe hole contacting
the bottom of the V shape teeth is small, and the section of the radial liquid discharging
passage of the long pipe hole connecting with the axial liquid discharging passage
is big; casting it into radial liquid discharging passage after sanding charging
and vibration compaction under vacuum. The radial discharging passage is a long
discharging passage that has a small diameter on one end and has a big diameter
on the other end.
