Abstract:

Disclosed is a casting mold molding machine capable of preventing the formation of sand ridges and sand shelves so as to stably fill a casting mold with sand, as well as capable of simplifying the process. Specifically disclosed is a casting mold molding machine provided with: a sand tank for holding sand to be introduced into a molding box; a pair of sand injection nozzles for horizontally drawing sand from a pair of upper and lower sand introduction portions provided on the lower part of the sand tank; and a filter portion having many air injection holes over the entire surface thereof and extending at least over the entire inner surfaces of the pair of sand introduction portions of the sand tank; wherein sand is introduced from the pair of sand injection nozzles to the molding box while injecting air from the air injection holes of the filter portion and thereby causing the sand within the sand tank to float and flow.
