Abstract:
A casting nozzle capable of preventing alumina etc. from depositing and of preventing molten steel from non-uniformly flowing. The casting nozzle is characterized in that “independent plural projection portions and/or concave portions” are provided in a molten steel circulation hole portion of the casting nozzle, and the portions have dimensions satisfying “Expression (1); H ≥ 2 mm, Expression (2); L > 2 x H mm”. (“H” in the above expression is the maximum height of each of the projection portions or the maximum depth of each of the concave portions, and “L”, the maximum length of a base portion of each of the projection portions or concave portions.)
