Abstract:
This casting support system (1) supports casting in a mold production device (10) of a casting factory (9), and is provided with: the mold production device (10) of a casting factory (9); a casting support device (100) connected to the mold production device (10) through a mobile phone communication network (3); and a user terminal (32) of the casting factory (9) which is connected to the casting support device (100) through the internet (5). The mold production device (10) has: a sand temperature acquisition unit for acquiring sand temperature; and a control unit for adjusting the composition and supply amount of a hardening agent or a binder according to a sand temperature condition of the casting factory. The casting support device (100) has: an information accumulation unit for receiving and accumulating information related to casting from the casting factory (9); and a supply unit for supplying services and information for supporting casting to the casting factory (9) by using the accumulated information.
