Abstract:
A castor includes a hollow frame(1) and two wheels(6,7). The hollow frame(1) has a ring-shaped inner surface(11) surrounding a cavity. The cavity is open at least at the two opposite sides. One end of each wheel is a connecting end and the other end is a contacting end which contacts the ground by friction. In the state of assembly, the connecting ends of the two wheels(6,7) are connected in such a manner that the connecting ends can be inserted into the cavity from opposite sides of the hollow frame(1) respectively and connected with each other in the cavity. There is a rotation fit between the two wheels(6,7) connected with each other and the hollow frame(1). The connecting ends of the two wheels(6,7) are located at the two sides of the hollow frame(1) respectively. The stress on the castor is uniform and the castor is durable. The castor can rotate flexibly without noise. The castor can be used on furniture to be moved such as chairs, tables and cabinets.
