Abstract:
Provided is a catadioptric photography lens that includes a first reflecting mirror, a second reflecting mirror, and a lens group, in this order from the object side, which are arranged so that light reflected by the first reflecting mirror is reflected by the second reflecting mirror, and thereafter passes the lens group so that an object image is formed on a predetermined image plane. In a reference plane that includes a first reference axis that is extended between the center of an object and the center of the first reflecting mirror and a second reference axis that is extended between the center of the second reflecting mirror and the center of an image plane, the first reflecting mirror and the second reflecting mirror are eccentric. Reflection surfaces of the first reflecting mirror and the second reflecting mirror are rotationally asymmetric aspherical surfaces. The reflection surface of the first reflecting mirror has a shape concave toward the object side in the reference plane and a first orthogonal plane, the first orthogonal plane passing the center of the first reflecting mirror, being perpendicular to the reference plane, and forming a predetermined angle with the first reference axis. In the lens group including two lenses formed with the same optical material, the surface closest to the second reflecting mirror is a rotationally asymmetric aspherical surface.
