Abstract:
Disclosed is a catalyst ball milling and crushing device, which belongs to the technical field of chemical equipment. The device comprises a frame (1), and a feeding mechanism, a ball milling mechanism, and a screening and reception mechanism are arranged on the frame; the feeding mechanism comprises a feed motor (2), a helical feed rod (3), and a feed hopper (4), and an output end of the feed motor is fixedly connected to the helical feed rod; the ball milling mechanism comprises a ball mill motor (6), a ball mill drum (7), and a ball mill medium (8); the ball mill drum is rotatably connected to the ball mill motor, and the ball mill drum is filled with the ball mill medium; the screening and reception mechanism comprises a screening mesh (10), and the screening mesh is sleeved on the ball mill drum. Low speed ball milling and screening of a catalyst is utilized, and a reduction in catalytic reaction activity of a catalyst caused by excessive crushing force is prevented; ball mill media of different materials and sizes can be selected according to the hardness and wear resistance of a target catalyst, a proper mesh number for the screening mesh can be selected, which is suitable for continuous production of granular and powder catalysts.
