A hot air welding machine 1, having: a casing 31 having a cylindrical shape and having one end side fitted to a flame ejection portion of a burner, a member exerting a catalytic effect being disposed in the casing 31, and an opening 311 being formed on the side part of the casing 31; and an adjustment part 32 for opening the opening 311 prior to ejection of a flame by the burner and reducing the opening area of the opening 311 after the ejection.
