Abstract:
A Ni/Al2O3 catalyst microsphere and a preparation method therefor. The method comprises: mixing solutions of a nickel source, an auxiliary material, and an aluminum source, adding a sodium silicate or tetraethyl silicate solution as a silicon source, and adding a precipitant to regulate the pH to enable co-precipitation reaction, thereby obtaining a precipitate; enabling hydrothermal reaction of the obtained precipitate, and after the reaction is completed, washing and drying to obtain a catalyst precursor; and adjusting the solid content of a precursor slurry, performing spray granulation, and performing calcination to obtain the Ni/Al2O3 catalyst microsphere. The obtained Ni/Al2O3 catalyst microsphere can reduce the erosion loss of the catalyst during high-temperature high-pressure methanation with a fluidized bed, reduce the production cost, improve the catalytic activity and stability of the catalyst, and increase the yield of methane. The catalyst has the advantages of being large in treatment capacity, rapid in formation, and simple and easy-to-control in reaction process, and has a good application prospect.
