Abstract:
The present invention relates to a catalyst for preparing glyceric acid by the efficient catalytic oxidation of glycerol, and a preparation method therefor and the use thereof. The catalyst is Pt1+CCo/CaCoTiO3, wherein the XRD diffraction diagram of a carrier of CaCoTiO3 has perovskite structure characteristic diffraction peaks appearing at 2θ of 23.39°, 33.32°, 39.29°, 41.11°, 59.54° and 69.97°, which belong to the crystal faces (200), (022), (-113), (-222), (400), (-224) and (440) in CaCoTiO3, respectively; CaCoTiO3, as a carrier, is a monoclinic crystal structure, JCPDS34-0394; and Pt and Co are present in the form of nanoparticles with an average particle size of 2 nm ± 0.2 nm. In the present invention, due to the coexistence of the single Pt atoms (represented by Pt1) and Pt clusters (represented by PtC), a synergistic catalysis effect is achieved for the catalyst; in the reaction for preparing the glyceric acid by the oxidation of glycerol, the C-H bond of glycerol and the C-H bond of aldehyde groups are activated at the single Pt atom sites, the O-H bond of glycerol is activated at the Pt cluster site, and the insertion of OH* (a new substance of hydroxyl) and removal of acid (acid substances present in the reaction system) are achieved.
