Abstract:
Provided in the present invention is a vanadium-boron catalyst, which is obtained by dissolving a vanadium compound, a phosphorus compound and a boron compound in a solution, adding an auxiliary metal element compound thereto to form a catalyst precursor, and roasting same. The catalyst can be used for the catalytic preparation of phthalonitrile, has high activity and good selectivity, and can rapidly prepare phthalonitrile under the conditions of high temperature and high-concentration ammonia gas, reduce the generation of byproducts and improve the reaction yield; and the resulting product requires no post-treatment and has a high purity. Moreover, the tail gas can be recycled, the generation of a large amount of waste gas is avoided, the preparation process and the post-treatment process are simplified, the production cost is reduced, conditions are convenient to control, and promotion and application in actual production are facilitated.
