Abstract:
The present invention relates to the field of organic syntheses, and provides a catalytic asymmetric synthesis method for a chiral SPINOL derivate, comprising: using chiral phosphoric acid as a catalyst and reacting same with a compound as represented by formula I and/or a compound as represented by formula II to obtain a product. R1, R2, R4, R5, R6, and R7 are separately selected from any group. R3 is alkyl. This is a method for conveniently, quickly, and directly constructing a chiral SPINOL structure. The synthesis method has high yield, good enantioselectivity, and capability of tolerating multiple functional groups. During large-scale synthesis, the amount of catalyst can be decreased to 0.1 mol%. The method can be applied in industrial production.
