Abstract:
A caterpillar track robot for cleaning photovoltaic panels, the caterpillar track robot comprising a cleaning robot, which comprises a chassis (1), travelling mechanisms (2), cleaning mechanisms (3) and a dust suction mechanism (4), wherein the travelling mechanisms (2) are arranged on two sides of the chassis (1); the cleaning mechanisms (3) are arranged at two ends of the chassis (1); and the dust suction mechanism (4) is arranged in the center of the chassis (1) and is connected to the cleaning mechanisms (3). In this way, the cleaning mechanisms (3) and the dust suction mechanism (4) jointly perform cleaning operations, the travelling mechanisms (2) drive the cleaning robot to travel, and during the process of travelling, the cleaning mechanisms (3) clean and collect dust along the path of the cleaning robot by means of rolling brush assemblies (6), increasing the degree of automation of the photovoltaic cleaning robot and implementing dust collection and multi-stage dust processing, thereby achieving more efficient dust cleaning.
