Abstract:

Provided are a catheter and catheter device capable of suppressing the residue of a flushing solution, air, blood and the like from leaking into blood vessels, as well as minimally invasive blood drawing and flushing. A catheter device (1) has: an outer tube (211) which is provided with a first tip opening part (211h) for insertion into a living body and in which is formed a first lumen (10a) through which fluid can flow; an inner tube (212) arranged in the first lumen, the inner tube being provided with a second tip opening part (212h) which is located closer to the proximal end than the first tip opening part and in which is formed a second lumen (10b) through which fluid can flow; and a fluid outflow/inflow suppression part partitioned in the first lumen between the first opening part and the second opening part for suppressing a fluid from flowing out of or into the first lumen via the first tip opening part by the perfusion of a fluid supplied to the first lumen that flows into the second lumen.
