Abstract:
A catheter handle (1) has: a rotating body (3) provided rotatably with respect to a handle body (2) and having a first guide portion (19) extending in the axial direction; a shaft (4) that is disposed in the lumen of the rotating body (3) and fixed to the handle body (2) and has a first engaging portion (11) extending spirally in one direction, a second engaging portion (12) extending spirally in the other direction, and a second guide portion (20) extending in the axial direction; a first slider (5) having a fourth engaging portion (14) that is engaged at the inner surface with the first engaging portion (11) and engaged at the outer surface with the first guide portion (19); a second slider (6) having a sixth engaging portion (16) that is engaged at the inner surface with the second engaging portion (12) and engaged at the outer surface with the first guide portion (19); a first bushing (7) rotatably connected to the distal side of the first slider (5), engaged with the second guide portion (20) and having a first wire (9) fixed thereto; and a second bushing (8) rotatably connected to the distal side of the second slider (6), engaged with the second guide portion (20) and having a second wire (10) fixed thereto.
