Abstract:
A catheter (10A) comprises a catheter body (20), a catheter hub (30), and a fixing member (60) which is disposed inside the catheter hub (30) in such a way as to clamp the catheter between the fixing member (60) and the catheter hub (30), and which has an outer circumferential surface in close contact with an inner circumferential surface of the catheter body (20). Further, the catheter (10A) is provided with a recessed relief portion (55) into which the material of the catheter body (20) penetrates, in a part, in the circumferential direction, of an inner circumferential surface of the catheter hub (30).
