Abstract:
Disclosed are a cathode active material for an all-solid-state battery, and a cathode and an all-solid-state battery which comprise same, the cathode active material comprising a cathode material having a layered crystal structure, wherein the XRD spectrum of a crystal grain of the cathode material has diffraction peaks corresponding to a (003) plane and a (110) plane; and the ratio of a half-width of the diffraction peak corresponding to the (110) plane to a half-width of the diffraction peak corresponding to the (003) plane is 1.30 to 1.60.
