Abstract:
A cathode electrode material which is extensively usable in metal electrolytic winning and easy to maintain, can produce quality deposit metals in terms of physical properties and shapes, and is used to electro-deposit metals, characterized in that the cathode electrode consists of titanium or stainless steel and has a ceramic layer on the surface thereof on which metals are electro-deposited. Quality electrolytic copper foil is obtained by applying this cathode electrode material to a cathode used to produce electrolytic copper coil.
